Title: Elderly Friendly Physical Exercises Suitable for Urban Bangladesh
Dr. Mohammod Monirul Islam is a Faculty Member of the National Institute of Fitness and Sports in Kanoya where he has been teaching 1) Public Health and 2) Environmental Sciences to the undergraduate students; conducting practical classes on Physical Education I and Physical Education II for undergraduate students with special focus on Exercise Gerontology and Lifestyle-Related Disease Prevention; Teaching Health Science, Health Promotion to the Graduate Students. He is teaching Health Promotion ONLINE for graduate students from the University of Tsukuba under the Joint Master’s Program in International Development and Peace through Sport (http://tkjids.taiiku.tsukuba.ac.jp/en/). He is supervising undergraduate students to conduct research followed by writing their undergraduate thesis papers. Working as a co-supervisor for both Master’s level and Ph.D. level graduate students.
