Seyedeh Khadijeh Taghizadeh (Nastaran) obtained her Ph.D. in Service Marketing from Universiti Sains Malaysia. She has also completed her post-doctoral fellowship in Centre for Social Innovation, Universiti Teknologi PETRONAS. Erstwhile she has been working for seven years in tourism and health industry in Iran. At OYA Graduate School of Business, she teaches courses related to Marketing, Innovation and Entrepreneurship, and Data Analysis. She is supervising the student in marketing, entrepreneurship, and transformative service research. Her research interests are in service innovation, social innovation, marketing, and entrepreneurship, and service marketing in the context of large and SME ventures. She has published some of her works in indexed journals such as Journal of Strategic Marketing, Journal of Knowledge Management, Journal of Business and Industrial Marketing, Technological Forecasting and Social Change, Social Indicator Research, Management Decision, Journal of General Management, and etc. She has also participated in national and international conferences. She is a reviewer of several Thomson Reuters indexed journal and also holds a position as managing editors of two peer-reviewed international journals.
