Call For Student Volunteers

Experience an International Conference by assisting the executive team. The conference will be participated by 100 foreign delegates including the 2006 Nobel Peace Laureate Muhammad Yunus, the CEO of Pegasus Tech Ventures, Microsoft, Amazon and other International and domestic industry representatives.

Centennial Hall, Maidashi Campus, Kyushu University, Fukuoka, Japan

November 19-21, 2019

Who Can Apply:

1. University students living in Japan. We might ask you to submit a copy of your student ID.

2. Students who can speak basic English and Japanese.

Benefits:

1. No financial assistance. However, Kyushu University students will be provided local public transportation from home to the venue.

2. You can enjoy the lunch, snacks, coffee provided by the organizers at the venue.

Tasks Include:
Hall Setup (Carrying materials, setting desks, chairs, poster boards, etc)
At reception desk (registration, program packets handout, evaluation sheets collection, etc)
At data resource center (collections of all speaker’s PowerPoint slides files into laptop)
Support Guest speakers for their guide and escort
During Session Chairs (time-keeping, projector, microphone, lighting, video and photo etc)
Supports catering (Preparing and clearing lunch, coffee, snacks)
Support at poster sessions
